The future of leadership is multidimensional.
The Multidimensional Leadership Institute is a school for leaders who want to perceive and decide from a far wider spectrum of consciousness. The first cohort runs for eight weeks, on Wednesdays, beginning January 6, 2027.
Why the Institute
Leadership from multidimensional consciousness.
Most leadership development sharpens analysis, strategy, and performance within the conscious mind. The Institute trains the perception that lies beyond it.
The Institute is the education that was missing. It takes these innate capacities seriously enough to train them with rigor, to test them against real decisions, and to put them in the hands of the people whose choices shape organizations. As analysis becomes abundant in the age of AI, this is the capacity that remains distinctly human.
The Eight Weeks
One Capacity Each Week
Each week builds on the last, in the order a nervous system can hold them, with guided visualization, parts work, energy healing, channeling, and sound woven through every week.
01 Energy Sovereignty
You learn to clear, protect, and hold your own field, with the grounding, boundaries, and daily practices that keep an open perception safe.
02 Body
You learn to read sensation as information, and to feel the difference between intuition and old protection in your own body.
03 Vision
You learn to receive images and scenes that carry information, and to tell them apart from imagination.
04 Hearing
You learn to recognize words and phrases that arrive as guidance, distinct from the chatter of the mind.
05 Knowing
You learn to trust information that arrives complete, and to develop the discernment to act on it only when it holds.
06 Energy Sensing
You learn to read people, rooms, and systems, along with the ethics of using that perception with consent.
07 Resonance Fields
You learn how coherence forms when a group drops into shared presence, and how a leader holds a field for others while staying in their own.
08 Collective Intelligence
You learn to tune in together with other leaders and receive what the group knows about a real decision each person brings.
The Format
About Four Hours a Week

Live Sessions
Each week includes teaching, practice, and a hot seat, where one leader brings a real question and the circle offers what it perceives.
/02
Private Coaching
Every participant receives two private one-hour coaching sessions with me during the cohort, so that the group teaching lands in your own system and your own question.
/03
Daily Practice
A short practice and a journal for each week's capacity, because reliable perception comes from repetition.
