A daylong I co-facilitated with Astrid Schanz-Garbassi at Anza Retreat in the Berkeley Hills, for ten founders, executives, and AI researchers from OpenAI, NVIDIA, Discord, and the Meaning Alignment Institute. One day in a room: grounding in the body, the five channels of perception, a guided visualization into higher states, and one real question each person was holding, explored together.
