As a former academic with a PhD from Harvard, I know what it's like to live from your head, and how it disconnects you from our heart, body, and deeper wisdom. My coaching style integrates rigorous intellectual training with unique parts, somatic, and non-dual practices. We are not here to abandon your analytical mind but to integrate it with a far more powerful form of intelligence.
